Abstract

The use of high-speed railways allows to solve a number of problems, reducing the required time in the movement of goods and cargo, improving the quality and safety of the transportation process, and reducing the level of used resources. The development and implementation of artificial intelligence led to the development of high-speed traffic on the railway network of the Russian Federation. The article considers the concepts of "intelligence" and "artificial intelligence", highlighting their main features. The structure of the basic level of the field of artificial intelligence and the block diagram of technologies are presented. The trends in the development of the railway complex in the field of artificial intelligence are highlighted. The analysis of artificial intelligence systems used at the railway complex has been carried out. The use of the digital railway equipment in Europe has been excluded. The structural functionality of high-speed railway systems in the future, for which artificial intelligence will be of key importance, is also presented. While performing a comprehensive analysis of artificial intelligence systems in railway transport, it was concluded that the use of artificial intelligence makes it possible to automate the solving of certain problems, to predict and monitor the operational features of a rolling stock, reduces the costs of the transportation process, optimizes the movement of traffic flows and passenger traffic.
