Collection Analysis Using Different Tools: Report of the Catalog Management Interest Group Meeting, ALA Core Interest Group Week, March 2023.

The article offers information on an online program hosted by the Catalog Management Interest Group during the ALA Core Interest Group Week. The program featured presentations, of which discussed the lack of call numbers on ebooks and its impact on resource discoverability. The presenters analyzed ebook collections at Binghamton University and compared them with a different knowledge base, finding that a significant number of records lacked a Library of Congress Classification.
