Abstract

The article presents the case study of 38-year-old woman with dyspnea on exertion, myalgias, and mild lower extremity claudication. Topics include revealing precapillary pulmonary hypertension, ground glass on chest computed tomography (CT), and a very low diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide; and unexpectedly revealing elevated fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake most prominently in the aorta.
