Targeting Dual-Use Satellites: Lessons Learned from Terrestrial Warfare.

The United States, its Allies, partners, and other space powers are increasingly relying on dual-use satellites for national security and defense, raising questions about the implications for targeting such assets as part of current and future warfare.
