Looks good on paper.

This article reports that the newspaper "Globe and Mail," is coming out with expanded coverage of British Columbia (BC) to beat the competition. BC was granted a section front, no less, and the headlines are strong. On the surface it's impressive, readers might even gloss over the fact the Globe has been well behind the Sun with many stories and just plain out to lunch on others. The newspaper's international, national and business coverage is second to none and if it takes the editorial bosses in Toronto time to translate that quality of coverage this far west.
