Abstract
- In order to study the effect of 1-methylcyclopropene combined with low temperature treatment on the preservation effect of post-harvest Cressen grape, grapes picked on the same day were fumigated with 0.5, 1,1. 5, 2 µL/L 1-MCP for 4 h, without 1-MCP as control, then, they were stored in preservation storage at (0±0.5) t and relative humidity 80% for 90 days. Samples were taken every 15 days during storage to observe the preservation effect of grape fruit and determine the related physiological indexes. The results show that on the 90th day of storage, compared with the control fruits, the abscission rate and decay rate of the fruits stored with 1.5 µ L/L 1-MCP in combination with low-temperature storage decreased by 55.1% and 47.8%, respectively, and the hardness, soluble solids and titratable acid of fruits increased by 17.6%, 35% and 36.4%, respectively. Combination of 1.5 µL/L 1-MCP with storage at (0±0.5) °C could effectively maintain the storage quality and prolong the preservation life of Cressen grapes. The research provides a certain basis for the storage, preservation, and industrialization of Creeson grapes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
