Abstract
- The article present an interview with Ecuadorian-Swiss brothers Alejandro and Estevan Gutiérrez, who blend their South American heritage with a love for creating cinematic soundscapes. Topics discussed include reconnecting through music and forming the Swiss Latin instrumental band 'Hermanos Gutiérrez'; leading to global recognition; working with producer Dan Auerbach; and discussing their musical influences & gear choices, including their use of Strymon pedals in their minimalist pedalboards.
