Abstract

The healthcare information dissemination on the diagnostic procedures and medicines is the need of the day to combat against Covid-19. The governments approved for the treatment protocol of Home Isolation for mild symptoms & no symptoms yet Covid-19 infected patients. The paper discusses the issues and concerns of an individual in treatment to Covid-19. Objective: To analyze with the existing research available on the issues and concerns in management of covid-19 among the patients. The science research databases revealed that self-medicated was exhibited among individuals with the Over-the-Counter (OTC) medicines. The information dissemination due to vast coverage brought in fear and ambiguity in the educated and uneducated population Methodology: The bibliometric analysis is carried to know the area of research undertaken by researchers across with the misuse of drugs, issues with home confinement and the concerns of public to get the vaccinations for the prevention of Covid-19. Conclusion: the paper concludes by stating the governments across have to formulate a strategy in disseminating information to public (an educative approach) but not misleading. Also, reveals the role of government, health-care providers, media-partners and the NGOs are high in disseminating information on drugs and their usage in prevention and management of covid-19.
