Abstract

A recent study conducted by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in Jammu, India, has identified and analyzed the WRKY transcription factors in Cannabis sativa. The study found that these factors play a crucial role in plant development and response to external stresses. The researchers also discovered that the CsWRKY genes in Cannabis sativa have remained conserved during evolution and have potential regulatory functions in cannabinoid regulation. This study provides a foundation for further exploration of the biological processes and regulatory mechanisms of CsWRKY genes in Cannabis sativa. [Extracted from the article]
