Abstract
- A recent report from Shihezi University in Xinjiang, People's Republic of China, explores the use of psychological dredging in joint injury rehabilitation training. Joint injury, such as sprains, can occur when the soft tissue around a joint is damaged due to sudden movement beyond its normal range. The research suggests that psychological dredging, a technique widely used in psychology and medicine, plays a crucial role in the rehabilitation of joint injuries. This study provides valuable insights into the potential benefits of psychological interventions in the field of joint injury rehabilitation. [Extracted from the article]
