Abstract
- This article explores the development and implementation of a curriculum focused on quality improvement and patient safety in healthcare. The curriculum utilizes adult learning theories to enhance the learning experience for medical trainees. It incorporates transformative, social, and experiential learning theories to teach key concepts and skills. The curriculum includes didactic sessions, project-based learning, and reflective discussions.
