- Dedicated rapid response teams are created to prevent clinical decline. In a review of medical records, authors examined cardio-pulmonary arrest and activation rates over 3 years following implementation of a dedicated response team. A significant decrease in cardiopulmonary arrests and increased activations was found. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
