Abstract
- St. Croix, the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands, is making strides in sustainable farming and ecotourism. The island has seen a threefold increase in small farms since 2007, and solar panels are prevalent throughout the island. Efforts are also being made to protect the coral reefs and support the hatching of sea turtles. St. Croix offers limited nonstop flights, few cruise ships, and boutique hotels, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a low-impact tourism experience. [Extracted from the article]
