Abstract

This article presents two cases of Rowell's syndrome from India. A 25-year-old woman with a 2-year history of low-grade fever, photosensitivity, oral ulceration, and malar rash presented with an acute episode of rapidly progressing eruption involving the face, trunk, and distal aspects of the upper and lower limbs since 1 month. Family history was not contributory. In another case, a 29-year-old woman presented with a 5-month history of sudden eruption of erythematous, itchy targetoid lesions on the chest, and upper and lower limbs associated with oral ulceration.
