Abstract
- The study is devoted to analysing the pre-vaccination and vaccination periods of the COVID-19 pandemic. A search was made for factors that affect important indicators of the resilience of national health social systems to the coronavirus, such as the number of infections and the number of deaths. Causality testing of the indicators was carried out, according to which it was found that quarantine restrictions and the use of pharmaceuticals had an impact on the ability of the health and social systems of the European countries to resist the spread of the disease and the severity of its consequences for individuals in the period until 2021. This study revealed that society's digitalization level influenced the disease and the damage from COVID-19. It was proven that trust in the government is the determinant of the effectiveness of the information campaign for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
