Abstract

A new report from KPJ Healthcare University College explores the risk of posture and musculoskeletal disorders among smartphone-addicted youth. The study aims to investigate the relationship between smartphone addiction, posture, trapezius muscle fatigue, and neck-shoulder pain among youth. The researchers will conduct a cross-sectional study using convenient sampling among secondary school students in Malaysia. The study hopes to provide fundamental findings on how faulty posture during smartphone usage might cause neck pain. [Extracted from the article]
