Abstract
- This article is an interview with theatre director Gábor Tompa, who discusses his fascination with the works of Molière and his approach to staging them. Tompa believes that Molière's plays still hold relevance today due to their exploration of hypocrisy and political intrigue. He approaches these thematically complex plays from an aesthetic perspective, incorporating contemporary elements to highlight their enduring themes. Tompa also discusses his interpretation of "The Misanthrope" as part of a trilogy with "Tartuffe" and "Dom Juan." [Extracted from the article]
