Abstract
- This article, titled "Transcavernous Resection of Adenoma Embedded in Medial Wall in MRI-Negative Cushing Disease," discusses the case of a 26-year-old woman with Cushing disease who initially had a negative MRI. However, further testing revealed evidence of an adenoma on the right side of the sella, entering the cavernous sinus wall. The video accompanying the article demonstrates the technique used to access the medial wall of the cavernous sinus and the main criteria for resecting the medial wall. The authors of the article are Alix Bex, Vera Vigo, Enrico Gambatesa, Christine Lee, Zara Patel, Laurence Katznelson, Nancy Fischbein, and Juan Fernandez-Miranda. [Extracted from the article]
