Investigation of dealing with urban flooding in Brazil.

Urban flooding refers to the excessive accumulation of water in urban areas due to heavy rainfall or inadequate drainage systems. It occurs when the natural water absorption capacity of the soil is reduced due to urbanization, resulting in increased surface runoff. Urban flooding can include inadequate storm-water drainage systems, improper land use planning, deforestation, and climate change. Impacts of urban flooding can be severe, including property damage, disruption of transportation networks, health hazards from contaminated water, and economic losses.
