Abstract

The study's goal is to design and compare a helmet made up of carbon fiber and ABS plastic (usual material) and then state which is both safe and comfortable for humans. It combined the helmet structure's design requirements with analysis to show the benefits and drawbacks. The study gives us comparison of material and then solution to improve safety, comfort and weight. The guiding structure's detailed parameters were confirmed. For the analysis the technique of Finite Element Method is used for the high accuracy. Finite Comparison of the helmet is majorly between the material ABS and if we change it with the Carbon Fiber. In the end stating manufacturing technique for the Carbon Fiber. Despite the reality that full-face helmets provideextra protection, open-face helmets are favoured. Weight, comfort, and protectionscore are all elements that impact helmet use. The fabric used to make a helmet is the maximumessentialaspect to consider. Helmets with an accelerated polystyrene (EPS) foam layer are fabricated from polycarbonate, fibreglass composite, and carbon fibre. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
