Abstract
- A recent study from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) examines the use of consumer surveys to measure the adoption of grocery delivery services. The researchers argue that previous studies may have underestimated the adoption of these services because they focused on individual-level choices and did not account for households where someone other than the primary grocery shopper made use of the service. The study suggests ways to avoid this methodological issue and highlights other papers that suffer from the same problem. The research has been peer-reviewed and is available in the journal Transportation Research Part A Policy and Practice. [Extracted from the article]
