The respiratoy centre in Hospital of Winsen has grown successfuly over the last decade. In our daily work we see the need and the difficulties in an interdisciplinary approach for the benefit of our patients. Out team of physicians, respiratory therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists and thoracic surgeons needs routines to optimize the communication in finding the right diagnosis and the best treatment for our patients.
