To collect data, a 60-item questionnaire was used, which after applying the TOPSIS method, 24 indicators that did not receive the required average to enter the model were removed from the model. The 36-item questionnaire was approved by experts and the validity of the structure was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
