Abstract
- A recent study conducted at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangdong, China, has developed a new model for diagnosing the severity of Parkinson's disease. The model, called the explainable 3D multi-head attention residual convolution network, utilizes video features and contextual information to accurately assess the severity of the disease. The researchers believe that this model has the potential for large-scale application in PD telemedicine. The study has been peer-reviewed and the source code is available for further exploration.
