Abstract

This research critically evaluates the strategies employed by the Jordanian criminal legislator in formulating conditions for the crime of bribery within the private sector, focusing on elements related to criminalization and punishment. Utilizing descriptive and analytical methodologies, the study delves into the multifaceted dimensions of the prevailing legal framework, unraveling intricacies associated with its execution. The findings accentuate the existence of practical impediments in addressing bribery within the private sector, leading to the development of recommendations designed to alleviate these challenges.
