Abstract

A recent study conducted at a tertiary care hospital examined the histopathological features of cutaneous vasculitis and its clinical correlation. The study found that cutaneous vasculitis can present with various morphologies, including urticaria, purpura, ulcers, and infarcts. By analyzing vessel size, inflammatory response, and conducting immuno uorescence examination, a specific diagnosis can be made, leading to more effective therapy. The study also identified leukocytoclastic vasculitis as the most common type of vasculitis. The histopathological examination of skin biopsy plays a valuable role in confirming the clinical diagnosis of cutaneous vasculitis. [Extracted from the article]
