Abstract
- A study conducted by researchers at the Technical University in Zvolen, Slovakia, explores the relationship between society and the environment. The researchers used the New Ecological Paradigm (NEP) to study public environmental attitudes in the Slovak Republic. They found that respondents held technocentric, ecocentric, and resiliocentric attitudes, with the majority (70%) holding an ecocentric attitude. The researchers recommend using a combination of analysis, including demographic factors, to achieve higher-quality results. This study provides insights into public environmental attitudes and their readiness for environmental transformation. [Extracted from the article]
