Abstract
- The article titled "Anno Domini: 1989-1995" discusses the resurrection of Black Sabbath's lost albums. These albums, which were long-deleted, have been vibrantly remastered and shed light on an underappreciated chapter in the band's history. Led by Tony Iommi, the sole original member, Black Sabbath faced controversy when they continued without other founding members. However, with the addition of vocalist Tony Martin, keyboard player Geoff Nicholls, and drummer Cozy Powell, the band defied the odds and released formidable albums such as "Headless Cross" (1989), "Tyr" (1990), "Cross Purposes" (1994), and a remix of the 1995 reunion album "Forbidden." The article suggests that this period of Sabbath's history deserves re-evaluation. [Extracted from the article]
