EUreka3D project: latest updates on 3D digitisation of heritage collections.

The EUreka3D project, coordinated by Photoconsortium, aims to digitize cultural heritage collections in 3D and make them accessible through the European Digital Library, Europeana. The project partners are digitizing a diverse range of assets, including monuments, archaeological objects, early cinema items, and paper moulds. The project will add approximately 5,000 new 2D and 3D records to Europeana, some of which have never been featured before. The project also includes the creation of a cloud-based platform for advanced digital collection management.
