This article discusses the relationship between leadership dynamics, innovation practices, and green creativity in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. The study finds that transformational and transactional leadership styles have a positive impact on innovation practices and green creativity. However, green motivation negatively moderates the relationship between innovation practices and green creativity. The study emphasizes the importance of leadership styles and fostering a culture of innovation for driving green creativity in SMEs.
