Abstract

On April 3, there was a 0.76% loss at the NASD Over-the-Counter (OTC) Securities Exchange, primarily due to the declining share prices of Aradel Holdings Plc and Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Plc. CSCS Plc saw a decline of N1.20 per unit, trading at N22.00 per unit, while Aradel Holdings Plc lost N25.76 per share, ending at N2,200 per share. As a result, the market capitalization of the NASD bourse decreased by N11.20 billion to close at N1.507 trillion. The volume of securities traded increased by 170.1%, with investors exchanging 500,528 units.
