Abstract
- A recent study conducted in Buenos Aires, Argentina, examined the use of projective psychological tests in individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of these tests in individuals with limited emotional expression and communication abilities. The researchers found that projective techniques, such as the house-tree-person (HTP) and family tests, were useful in identifying behavioral and emotional indicators in individuals with PWS, including anxiety, emotional lability, impulsivity, and poor social skills. The study highlights the importance of graphic techniques in understanding the thoughts and emotions of individuals with PWS who struggle with expression and communication.
