Abstract

A study conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) in Pune, India, explores the experiences of students participating in virtual internships as part of their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) program. The study examines the facilitators and barriers to virtual internships and highlights the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on experiential learning in the education system. The findings reveal that students viewed virtual internships positively in terms of mentor support, active learning, and flexibility, but also faced challenges such as poor work-life balance and infrastructure issues. The study provides insights for educators to design effective pedagogy and improve virtual internship experiences. [Extracted from the article]
