Abstract
- Researchers from Tunis El Manar University have conducted a case-based review on Sjogren's Syndrome, an autoimmune exocrinopathy. The study focuses on a 57-year-old female patient who presented with Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) followed by acute headaches and cortical blindness. The patient was diagnosed with primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS) based on immunological disturbances and symptoms. The research emphasizes the importance of careful clinical assessment, radiological findings, and immunological markers in diagnosing and treating pSS. [Extracted from the article]
