Azerbaijan triples imports of industrial liquid fuels from Turkmenistan.

Azerbaijan has significantly increased its imports of industrial liquid fuel from Turkmenistan. From January to March of this year, Azerbaijan imported over 47,000 tons of fuel, which is three times higher than the same period in 2023. In terms of monetary value, Azerbaijan spent over $17.7 million on fuel imports, also three times more than the previous year. Turkmenistan accounted for nearly half of Azerbaijan's total purchases of technical liquid fuel from foreign countries.
