P‐7.13: Analysis and research on the effect of static electricity for ultra large OLED display.

In the process of TFT manufacturing, the display device IGZO‐ TFT is more likely to produce electrostatic discharge due to the complexity of the process, and the performance of the device will be reduced due to the destruction of the device.
