The City of San Jose has selected Arup as the P3 consultant for its San Jose-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility. The city council voted to execute an agreement with Arup to procure, negotiate, and monitor a public-private partnership (P3) for the development of a biosolids processing facility at the wastewater facility.
