Mike Sloan, a Missourian with over 57 years of experience in the meat processing industry, is the owner of the Hermann Wurst Haus and the Fulton Wurst Haus. He sources his meats from local farmers within a 300-mile radius and has his own meat processing facility. Sloan has won over 600 awards for his gourmet meats, including international recognition from the German Butcher's Association. He offers a wide variety of bratwurst flavors, bacon, smoked meats, and other products at his restaurants and online store.
