An experiment was designed with eight product options. ‘Tobii Lab Pro’ software was used for the design, recording and analysis of the information. Eye-tracking analysis reveals the importance of visual elements in traditional food packaging, confirming the relevance of the logo and labels in such packaging. Limitations: The findings are based on a population with specific characteristics, which implies that extrapolation of the results should be taken with caution.
