Abstract

A new study conducted at the University of Kastamonu in Turkey has developed an innovative method for the automated detection of colon cancer using artificial intelligence. The researchers utilized a convolutional neural network (CNN) and the Fishier Mantis Optimizer algorithm to improve the accuracy and efficiency of colon cancer diagnosis. The proposed method was evaluated using a comprehensive dataset of colon cancer images and demonstrated superior performance compared to traditional diagnostic approaches. The integration of deep learning techniques and bio-inspired optimization algorithms holds promise for enhancing early detection and diagnosis of colon cancer. [Extracted from the article]
