It discusses the decline of the labor movement in the neoliberal period and the resurgence of organizing and strikes in the 2010s and 2020s. The article emphasizes the role of power resources, leadership, and the new political generation in shaping workers' struggles. It also examines the effectiveness of labor activism and the factors contributing to successful organizing efforts.
