Abstract
- A recent study conducted in Madhya Pradesh, India, examined the demographics, clinical presentation, and surgical outcomes of mesenteric and omental lymphatic cystic lesions in children. The study analyzed 18 children aged 12 years who underwent surgery for these cysts. The results showed that mesenteric cysts are rare abdominal pathology with diverse clinical presentations, and early diagnosis and surgical excision can prevent complications such as volvulus. The study provides valuable insights into the management of these cysts in pediatric patients. [Extracted from the article]
