Abstract
- Alex and Ollie Black, house hunters, discovered a property in Dell Quay, West Sussex with a connection to the rock band Pink Floyd. Initially unimpressed with the 1960s building, they eventually saw the potential and purchased the property. With the help of Randell Design Group, they designed a timber-framed house with eco features and stunning views of Chichester Harbour. The Blacks moved into their new home in 2022 and are grateful they didn't walk away from the opportunity. [Extracted from the article]
