In Pionki, Poland, a center was established 25 years ago to provide support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This center also houses a puppet theater, giving those with disabilities the opportunity to showcase their talent and become actors. The theater stages classic fairy tales and has performed eight fairy tale performances over the years. The center's staff operates like a close-knit family, participating in various activities together. The project to document the theater and center was undertaken by Arkadiusz Kubisiak, an accomplished documentary and portrait photographer.
