Abstract

The COG light board is prone to breakage during the stringent mechanical testing, which is a major pain point for COG light boards. In order to improve the adaptability to the back cover which is made by stamping, the elastic supporter solution is proposed and its feasibility is confirmed by the FEM simulation method and a series of tests.
