Construction companies are legal entities that carry out construction for their own account with their own or borrowed funds or for someone else's account in the capacity of his contractor/subcontractor. For the purposes of this article, only companies that carry out construction activities for their own account will be considered, and the scope of construction may also include the possibility for the companies to subcontract the performance of certain types of specific construction and assembly works or of parts (stages) from the construction. The emphasis is given on the method of financing investment projects in the process of their current implementation and their current placement on the real estate market, by which means companies realize the required incoming cash flows in a sufficient amount in order to secure the costs of the implementation of the investment projects themselves.
