Abstract

A 60-year-old woman experienced lack of efficacy and hypertension during treatment for lichen sclerosus et atrophicus (LSA). She initially received clobetasol and isotretinoin, but there was no improvement in her condition. She then received prednisone and methotrexate, but her prednisone treatment was discontinued due to hypertension and elevated liver enzymes. She was eventually treated with dupilumab, which resulted in significant therapeutic effects without adverse reactions. [Extracted from the article]
