Abstract
- A recent study conducted by Charite - University Medicine Berlin examined the effects of social circle norm feedback on the behavior of psychology students. The researchers found that students often misrepresent peer behavior, leading to excessive alcohol consumption and inadequate studying. While previous approaches to address these misrepresentations have been ineffective, the study found that specific feedback on the behavioral distribution of alcohol consumption and studying time within an individual's social circle can positively impact behavior. The correction of inaccuracies in perception did not appear to be necessary for the feedback to be effective. [Extracted from the article]
