Abstract
- The article focuses on recent Supreme Court and eight Circuit rulings impacting immigration and visa issues. It highlights the Supreme Court's decision that a U.S. citizen does not have a constitutionally protected interest in a noncitizen spouse's visa application, emphasizing the doctrine of consular nonreviewability. It also covers the Court's ruling that initial notices lacking hearing details do not invalidate subsequent notices if they are properly issued.
