Abstract

Industry 5.0 is characterized by the integration of human and technological capabilities in a more holistic way, leading to advancements in various sectors, including agriculture. This study aims to investigate the role of technology intervention in agriculture under the framework of Industry 5.0. The study will explore the current state of technology adoption and intervention in agriculture and identify the potential benefits and challenges associated with implementing Industry 5.0 principles in this sector. It will also analyze the impact of technology intervention on various aspects of agriculture, such as crop yield, resource management, and environmental sustainability. Agriculture has played a crucial role in the global economy for many years. However, the sector is facing significant challenges such as the effects of climate change, the need for food security, and the increasing demand for food due to population growth. Technology has emerged as a key solution to address these challenges and transform the agriculture sector. In this paper, we will discuss the background and importance of technology intervention in agriculture. We will explore the different types of technological interventions that have been implemented in agriculture, including precision agriculture, remote sensing, and biotechnology. These technologies have the potential to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve the quality of crops. We will also discuss the benefits and limitations of these technologies. While they have shown promise in increasing efficiency and sustainability in agriculture, there are still challenges to their implementation. Factors such as cost, access to technology, and the need for skilled labor can hinder the adoption of these interventions. In conclusion, this paper emphasizes the continued investment in technology intervention in agriculture. It is crucial for ensuring sustainable food production, food security, and a thriving agriculture sector. By embracing and utilizing technology, we can address the challenges facing the agriculture sector and pave the way for a prosperous future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
